medical forms

medical forms may be accessed from this page on our website. ninth graders are required by idph to submit the following 1) idph certificate of child health exam 2) proof of school dental examination form. all students must complete a medication authorization form annually. contact the school nurse marti barthel at mbarthel@rdpanthers.org with questions. the deadline for medical forms is august 1st.

change in pace bus service

pace announced on august 17th that due to the uncertainty of school schedules and the variety of remote/in-person/hybrid learning modes announced by suburban schools, they are unable to adjust schedules this fall and provide supplemental service for students. therefore, all trips footnoted as “school days only” in the public timetables are not operating for the fall 2020 semester. this means that the pace bus will not stop in front of regina as it has in past school years.
please be advised that although “school days only” service will not operate, regina students will be served by pace’s regular, mainline service. pace buses will continue to drop off and pick up regina students using the route 422 bus on lake ave and route 421 bus on wilmette ave (except for those 421 and 422 trips noted as school days only on the public timetable).

summer classes

our summer courses for incoming freshmen are transition to high school mathematics and transition to high school english, both of which are scheduled for august. additionally, we are offering health which will meet online in june. you can learn more about each of these courses here.

incoming students are required to have a laptop (not an ipad) of their choosing. a chromebook will meet the technology needs for all students, but families may choose whatever laptop and operating system they wish. we recommend a minimum storage space of 256gb, although 512gb would be optimal.

note that we are phasing out ipads for the class of 2024.  classes of 2021-23 may elect to continue using their ipads.

parents/guardians will cross reference their student’s course schedule with the textbook list and, using the isbn numbers, may purchase or rent books through the vendor of their choice. (amazon, chegg, etc). students will need a texas instruments ti-84 plus calculator for mathematics. classroom teachers will inform students of additional class materials if needed.
